Michael is a lifelong learner, an enthusiastic educator, and the creator of the  #BreakingIntoDataScience initiative, which coaches individuals entering data science and analytics careers.

For over seven years, Michael has been mastering data analytics and data science across a multitude of industries, including manufacturing, supply chains, engineering, health care, sports, and agriculture.

Michael brings a wealth of knowledge of self-service analytics tools to Data Coach, specializing in Tableau and Alteryx throughout his career.

Coaching comes naturally to Michael and with great results. One of his Alteryx students saved their company up to $6M annually by reducing wasted miles for a truck fleet that transports shipments between distribution centers and customer sites.

As a principal consultant at Tessellation, Michael helps clients build automated, end-to-end workflows so that they have more time to focus on bigger ideas and advanced analytics.
